Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Customer Care Coordinators to deliver excellent patient care services.
∎ Develop and manage duty rosters for the Customer Care Coordinators to ensure adequate coverage.
∎ Ensure that the Customer Care Coordinators provide courteous and efficient services to patients, including appointment scheduling, registration and addressing patient inquiries.
∎ Track admissions and consultations provided by physicians and consultants in the OPD.
∎ Facilitate seamless communication between patients, consultants and medical staff.
∎ Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of test reports and medical records to patients.
∎ Ensure that patients receive their results promptly and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
∎ Manage the allocation of examination rooms for consultants and doctors ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
∎ Ensure that the team is trained to handle medical emergencies and crises effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
