∎ The candidate must have a Master Degree preferably with B.Ed. and M.Ed .

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The coordinator will play a key role in making school program successful. He/she will be primarily in charge of managing programs and curriculums, ensuring the welfare of students.
∎ Coordinator will advise and mentor teachers and measure the effectiveness of their teaching techniques.
∎ The coordinator will be monitoring of teaching, learning and standard throughout the school. He/she will guide the teachers on implementing new curricula.
∎ The High school Coordinator will plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
∎ He/she will assess and keep record of student's progress and check their grades and feedback.
∎ He/she will ensure to maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
∎ The coordinator will collaborate with other teachers, student, parents, and will have to participate in regular meetings.
∎ High School Coordinator will be the member of school's senior team and will be accountable to the Vice Principal and the Management team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ He/she must have working experience at least for five years in a school environment as a coordinator.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse staff, students and parents, and also as a team of professionals at the school.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as capable of maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
∎ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to perform and multi-task in a highly energized environment.
