Job Context:
∎ (A reputed English Version & Bangla Medium School having approximate 1800 Students)
∎ ACED School, Savar, Dhaka. F-52/2, Bank Colony, Savar, Dhaka-1340.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Lesson Plan, Routine, Effective Class Management, Modern Exam System, Various Educational Training, Training on Teaching, Debate, Public Speaking and other activities.
∎ To support the Principal with all aspects.
∎ Having capability to run the School independently.
∎ Development of campus life activities, including immersive learning.
∎ To manage other student-centered activities and specific projects as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ For Coordinator 5 to 10 years' experience as or any Similar Leadership Position in any reputed English Version/Medium School.
∎ Effective leadership, influencing skills, very strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bengali.
∎ Effective organizational, administrative and project management skills.
∎ Ability to appreciate and support students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively.
∎ Capacity to produce promotional materials and strong IT skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour.
