∎ Strong moral values and discipline
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ At least 5 years as a Coordinator in an English medium school.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
∎ Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
∎ Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities, extra-curriculars and events.
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices.
∎ Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development.
∎ Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
∎ Develop, maintain and implement curriculum standards.
∎ Observe teachers and evaluate their performance.
∎ Counsel and discipline students.
∎ Collaborate with administrators, teachers and other school personnel.
