Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing and creating operational execution strategies to successfully execute projects with the best results possible
∎ Addressing complex client concerns and ensuring prompt resolution
∎ Putting into effect and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
∎ Putting in place and managing systems for quality control to provide superior customer service
∎ Making suggestions for ongoing improvement
∎ Directing, inspiring, and training a group of customer service personnel's
∎ Conducting routine performance reviews and giving constructive criticism
∎ Creating a supportive and cooperative work environment for the team
∎ Serving as the customer service team's point of contact with other departments
∎ Effective team communication of company changes and policies
∎ Implementing communication methods in conjunction with the leadership
∎ Monitoring the daily activities of the call center to ensure effectiveness and adherence to specified protocols
∎ KPI tracking and analysis to find areas for development
∎ Putting into practice methods to improve team performance and workflow
∎ Determining team member training needs and arranging continuous training programs
∎ Keeping abreast with market developments and imparting expertise to the group
∎ Promoting professional growth to improve teamwork
