∎ Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of Procurement Act & Regulations, Standard Bid Documents and legal terminology of home and international Standard Bid Document like as FIDIC, JICA, World Bank etc.;
∎ Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems and client concerns.
∎ Ability to resolve problems associated with contract ambiguities.
