Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in civil engineering or job related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of Bangladesh, pay attention to the changes of policies and regulations, and give timely suggestions.
∎ Be familiar with all the contract documents of the project, and give early warning and suggestions on any potential risks.
∎ Pay high attention to the design and construction progress, evaluate the variations in time, and negotiate with the employer's representative according to the terms of the contract.
∎ Carry out claim and counterclaim work according to contract terms and relevant regulations.
∎ Review and submit monthly statements of interim payment and final payment.
∎ Review the master programme and give professional advices

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years related experience in construction or engineering. At least worked as a contract specialist for one large international project in Bangladesh.
∎ Have comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contract terms and legal terminology, especially for EPC contracts. RICS member preferred.
∎ Essential skills for verbal and written English and a strong attention to detail. Be responsible for the bridge calculation including report.
