Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ At least have a Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent.(Preferably with Civil Construction Experience).
∎ Skills Required: Contract Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience of administrating FIDIC Contracts.
∎ General administration of contract correspondence ensuring that all mandatory notices and letters are issued timely in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
∎ Provision of advice on contractual issues to other members of the Contractor's Team.
∎ Preparation and/or review of draft letters to the Engineer, Employer, subcontractors and other parties,
∎ Preparation and/or review of sub-contract agreements,
∎ Preparation and/or review of claims towards the Employer and any subcontractor/supplier as necessary,
∎ Preparation and/or review of case files for and participating in hearings with the Dispute Board as required,
∎ All other contractual duties as defined in the construction contract(s).
∎ Attending meetings with the Engineer and / or Employer as necessary.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication ability in the English language.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have at least 05 years experience in Contract Engineering Field.
∎ The applicants have experience in the related field will get preference.
∎ The Candidate must have adequate knowledge of his background and work.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging and able to achieve the target.

Salary: Negotiable
