• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content creation

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of social media and website content creation

Job Context:

The post of Content Writer / Article Writer (Online & Offline Platforms) is primarily concerned with creating compelling and high-quality digital and non-digital content optimized for social media platforms for the company and for the personal branding of the Managing Director & CEO of the company. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team who is native in Bengali with a strong command of the English language (minimum B2 level) and a passion for writing / video making.

Work closely with the Managing Director & CEO to ensure content strategies are implemented effectively. Be aware of the trends to find new content regularly according to the type of interest of the audience

• Must be proficient in Fact-Checking process

• Must have basic knowledge of business, economics, politics, developments, real estate, sports, youth activities, climate change, real estate, IT, Agro, skill building activities etc.

• Style Replication: Demonstrate the ability to understand and replicate various writing styles, adapting to the preferences of the target audience and the specific content genre.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and informative articles in Bengali and English, optimized for search engines

• Research and develop content topics based on the target audience`s needs and interests

• Collaborate with our SEO team to identify keywords and implement SEO best practices in content creation

• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy

• Contribute ideas on improving existing messaging and content strategies

• Create compelling and high-quality image & video content optimized for social media platforms

• Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas

• Utilize video editing software to produce captivating videos that align with brand guidelines

• Stay updated on industry trends and platform-specific features to enhance content creativity

• Oversees the selection and production of strategic content for distribution in multiple digital and traditional formats to Bangladeshi audience groups

• Develops the policies, procedures, and guidelines necessary for the company use of evolving digital technologies

• Writing high-quality blog posts that educate readers about topics related to the company’s products or services

• Writing content for social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter to help spread awareness of a company’s brand

• Data-driven approach: Measuring and analyzing content performance will be key to success

• Collaborate with the content creation team to brainstorm and develop Content & Script ideas for videos. (if solely selected for Script Writing)

• Research and gather information on various topics to create informative and entertaining Content & Scripts.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging Content & Scripts that align with the tone and style of our company and for our MD & CEO

• Stay up-to-date with current trends, audience preferences, and competitors to enhance content quality

• For the specific Content Writing position, having SEO knowledge is an advantage.

• Craft content that aligns with brand voice, mission and values

• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase website authority and drive organic traffic
