∎ The major purpose of the Contact Center Officer/Executive is to handle inbound and outbound calls for the continuing support of the patients. He/She is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the Praava Health Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtains patient information for registration, appointment scheduling and home sample collection.
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Managing Internal stakeholders
∎ Sales lead
∎ Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and generally providing information about Praava and its services.
∎ Communicates with patients regarding changes to appointment schedule, new services, and ongoing discounts.
∎ Takes care of communication equipment by reporting problems/issues to the IT department.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
∎ Promote Praava services by providing marketing communication materials to customers.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients' politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities from Praava.
∎ Ensure to liaise tickets for all the issues / suggestions for both external & internal customers.
∎ Regular ensure to send SMS and email as per protocol

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 0 -2 years of experience
∎ Preferably in Healthcare industry experiences
∎ Technical Skills/Knowledge:
∎ MS Office
∎ G-Suite
∎ Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Good Listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Excellent writing skills
