Responsibilities & Context:
Manage inbound and outbound lead calls to handle inquiries related to student visas and work visas.
Provide accurate counseling to clients regarding study abroad and overseas employment opportunities.
Assess client eligibility for student and work visa categories based on profile evaluation.
Handle complete visa processing, including documentation review, application preparation, and submission.
Guide clients on embassy requirements, financial documents, interviews, and timelines.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure document completion and application progress.
Maintain proper records of leads, applications, and client communications.
Coordinate with universities, employers, agents, and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure all applications comply with embassy rules and company standards.
Meet assigned targets for lead conversion, visa submissions, and approvals.
