Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPH (preferably)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5+ years of working experience in the field of public health research.
∎ The selected Consultant should haveexcellent writing skills with experience of developing scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
∎ Ability to collect documents and information from multiple sources e.g., strategies, guidelines, toolkits etc. (National and Global),
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and skills in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research using various methods/tools/techniques
∎ Expertise to conduct KII with national label stakeholders from MOH&FW, DGHS, DGFP, Professional Associations (OGSB, BNF, BPA, BPS) and NGO
∎ High proficiency required in quantitative qualitative data management and analysis
∎ Previous experience of working with the MOH&FW, DGHS, DGFP, Professional Associations (OGSB, BNF, BPA, BPS), NGO and other partners for developing similar strategic documents.
∎ Adequate knowledge and a good understanding of newborn health intervention in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ The Consultant’s contract will be for 60 days within 2 months (may be extended for 1 month) period and the remuneration is negotiable. The payment will be based on the deliverables agreed according to the TOR and subjected to VAT and Tax as per GOB policy. The Remuneration will be paid through Account Payee Cheque. The Terms and Conditions (TOR) will be applicable for VAT & Tax will be deducted as per govt. rules and MaMoni MNCSP, BSMMU will deduct VAT and Taxes at the source.
