Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnosing challenges and designing possible solutions: Breaking down the problem statement, analyzing the data sets to diagnose the potential gaps to solve
∎ Brainstorming with team and partners: Problem solve, plan and decide on the deliverables and next steps with the team
∎ Field visit and beneficiary interaction: On-ground interaction with patterns/beneficiaries and any other stakeholders, as required.
∎ Stakeholder management: Attend meetings, discuss progress and coordinate with stakeholders to align on program objectives and next steps
∎ Curate presentation for Government, donors, EY’s senior leadership and other stakeholders
∎ Prepare project plans and share the progress on a regular basis
∎ Roles are for Direct Tax Segment
∎ The candidate must be able to handle all VAT & Income Tax related work of the Groups independently in time to time.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, Vat, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ The incumbent must have excellent IT skills and be familiar with industry-standard software, Tally ERP together with good Microsoft Office skills.
∎ Self-Driven, Good Negotiator, Team Player, Result Oriented with a proven track record in respective job scope and able to work under pressure.
