∎ Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solar energy systems, design, and installation.
∎ Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex technical and operational challenges.
∎ Project Management Certification: PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
∎ Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Oversight: Lead and oversee the entire solar power plant project from inception to completion.
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the company’s vision.
∎ Budget Management: Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial planning.
∎ Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and safety standards.
∎ Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
∎ Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks, delays, and challenges proactively.
∎ Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout project phases.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
