Educational Requirements:
∎ The Consultant should be a qualified & experienced Civil Engineer or an Engineering Firm.
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science B.sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, DUET, RUET, KUET, CUET or any foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide consultation in the planning, designing and selection stage of all projects undertaken by the company
∎ Assist the company in the selection of Architectural Designer
∎ Assist the company in construction plans based on the architectural designs and operational objectives
∎ Assist the Company in the selection of Structural Designer
∎ Draft a complete and comprehensive budget for the construction, based on the approved plans
∎ Prepare project timelines, stage-wise deliverables and associated tasks
∎ Address the unforeseen issues that may arise during the construction and/or at the project site
∎ Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety procedures, quality standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, other regulatory agency standards, and good maintenance practices
∎ Coordinate with different Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities regarding project related approvals
∎ Assist the Company in the marketing activities
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time
