∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage laboratory services.
∎ Use lab equipment to look at samples and perform tests accurately.
∎ Ensure accurate test results in the laboratory.
∎ Calibrates testing equipment to ensure it performs within standards.
∎ Prepare thorough pathology reports describing the specimens tested, results of all tests, and the diagnosis by using electronic medical record software.
∎ Conduct training/ orientation/ on the job training on laboratory quality management for laboratory Technicians, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
