Job Context:
∎ Praava Health envisions a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop outpatient health centers offering family doctors, including women`s health, outpatient department with visiting specialists, comprehensive diagnostic lab, including advanced imaging, and pharmacy.
∎ Job Purpose: Consultant- Pathologist will undertake a particular range of Laboratory tasks. S/he should certify the analysis report. Also, give advisory service to Praava Health`s patients, clients, doctors, and medical professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Certify the analysis report.
∎ Check the analysis process.
∎ Participate in CME with lab people and other stakeholders.
∎ Give advisory service to Praava Health's patients, clients, doctors, and medical professionals.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting activities during the analysis process.
∎ Supervise Medical Scientific Officers and Medical Technologists.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Exposure to working in a Healthcare environment specializing in Clinical/ Medical Laboratory work
∎ and/or Compliances.
∎ 2-3 years of Consultant experience- Clinical Pathology.
∎ Completing training on Medical/Clinical Laboratory Competencies (Quality and Safety)
∎ Good Laboratory Practices.
∎ Quality Management Systems.
∎ Laboratory Accreditation.
