∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, analyze, lead and look after all on-going/high-rise/mega construction project works of the company. Responsible for all civil & structural works such as substructure, super structure, formwork, reinforcement, concreting etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of detailing all types of R.C.C and steel structures.
∎ Analysis of Sub-soil Reports, all other Design and Reports and Implementation Plans prepared by the consultants/vendors.
∎ Preparation and checking of all Estimation, BoQ, Comparative Statements etc.
∎ Testing of all materials from the BUET or any other recognized laboratories.
∎ Should be conversant about National Building Code (BNBC) and other building by-law.
∎ Preparation and implementation of Project Implementation Schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Provide the on-job Trainings to site engineers/supervisors/technical staff and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) instructions and its compliances.
∎ Conduct regular feedback with the other team members (Project Architects, Project Engineers-Electrical and Mechanical & Plumbing) and resolve any technical issues through discussion and RFI.
∎ Planning of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports, Coordination & Monitoring the progress and taking action plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Responsible for joint measurements with contractors for all the cuvil works and forward the same to the Head of Construction for further necessary actions.
∎ Issuing NCR as and when any deviations/variations occur to the approved design and drawings, technical specifications and codes.
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy Must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, STAAD PRO, PRIMAVERA, ETABS, SAFE, Revit MEP, MATLAB and other related software/ applications.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work with a tight deadline and deal with work procedure, and under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic.
