∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public Engineering University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Participate in site coordination meetings with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors etc.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works.
∎ Making construction plan and schedule.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Daily Meeting with contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Energetic, hard worker have to capability to manage construction site efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have enough knowledge on building construction (supervision) and related documentation.
∎ Must should have experience of completing a full commercial building project.
∎ Basic knowledge of MEP work.
∎ Construction project management skills.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Auto CAD software and on all type of design & Drawings.
∎ Have experience in designing of civil structures.
∎ Proficient in spoken and written English.
∎ Must should have good construction related communication skills.
∎ Aptitude to work under stressful condition.
