Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The appointee shall prepare appropriate Action Plan for his/her team members and monitor the Work-done reports with due evaluation regularly.
∎ The appointee shall supervise the workmanship of his/her workforce in performing the construction and developmental works.
∎ The appointee shall keep an eye over the construction and development sites round the clock so that no lack of arrangement may delay the construction and development works.
∎ The construction materials and labour shall be movilized in the sites well before the scheduled time of the work to be started. The appointee shall delegate his/her team members according to the activity schedule.
∎ The appointee shall delegate his/her responsibilities among the team members according to their capacity and efficiency.
∎ The appointee shall be efficient in coordinating the workforce and the contractors and labours engaged in the sites.
∎ The appointee shall check and sign the reports and statements to be submitted to the appointing authority.
∎ The appointee shall maintain the attendence reports of his/her team members and other construction and developmental staffs and executives.
∎ The appointee shall prepare, present and place the material and labour requisitions to the appropriate section of the company in due course of time.
∎ The appointee shall prepare and present necessary recommandations relating to the construction and developmental activities to the higher management.
∎ The appointee shall take adequate precautionary measures to avoid any sort of accident and had there been any accidenal occurance in the sites or with the construction and developmental work, he/she shall take necessary steps to mitigate the occurance as soon as possible.
∎ The appointee shall keep himself/herself physically fit for work all the time and and shall maintain standard condition according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale all the time.
∎ The appointee shall bear the company prescribed indentity during the office hours and at all the time of his/her outdoor activities as well.
∎ Mandatory to stay project.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately
∎ Candidates from Real Estate Background will get preference.
∎ The incumbent should be skilled enough to execute and implement the complete construction works including civil, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works any real estate or township project of at least 3 buildings under his own responsibility.
∎ He should be skilled in CAD design development, construction planning, estimation of BOQ, CPM etc.
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
