Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
∎ Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, management, suppliers and subcontractors.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
∎ Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Overseeing the running of several projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
