Data Analytics, High proficiency in financial modeling techniques, Negotiation, Project Costing, Project Planning, strategic thinking and planning skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in preparing Yearly Budget, project budget, forecasts and management reports, tracking of spent and forecasting for future spent.
∎ Design, develop, and deliver dashboards that enable senior leaders and business teams to efficiently understand data trends.
∎ Build optimized data models that support dashboard requirements, integrating data from enterprise data sources and different departments.
∎ Understand key business needs and translate into dashboard data, metric, and dimension requirements
∎ Collate necessary data and analyze the cost of production versus planned and report variances.
∎ Work closely with management, designers and implementation team to evaluate expenditures and timelines of various projects to ensure they are cost-effective and that they comply with all project regulations.
∎ Continual analyzing and managing the implementation of financial strategies and processes, providing technical, commercial and financial input and monitoring delivery in alignment with broader organization vision and objectives.
∎ Providing necessary input in evaluating new business opportunities / feasibility study, commercial value and analysis to ensure investment / project returns are maximized.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase networks and enable the exchange of information.
∎ Work closely with estimators and field engineers on data model construction and data analysis.
∎ To provide option analysis and reporting to ensure that creative and innovative time, design and cost-saving solutions are adopted to obtain best value for money.
∎ Execute value engineering, materials variance analysis and reporting
∎ Studying, analyzing and suggesting plausible changes in Designs/ Drawing considering best value of work.
∎ Analyzing the technical viability of the work methodology and suggesting alternatives (if any).
∎ Techno-Financial Analysis for Complex type of Works (Requirements, Rates, Cost etc.) including other compliance issues.
∎ Analyzing current trend of material and labor cost escalation and forecast future cost growth.
∎ Doing necessary analysis and suggesting and future rate / cost to be considered by estimators in long lifecycle construction project.
∎ Continually analyzing the actual cost of product considering all cost elements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' experience and knowledge of construction costing, analysis and planning processes, with project management experience, ideally in a big organization with varied businesses and having knowledge of different business sectors Strong analytical and data gathering skills Good business acumen.
