Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and correcting file and system errors.
∎ Performing data processing operations according to Council and Institutional demands.
∎ Performing backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss.
∎ Maintaining computer equipment and organizing repairs as needed.
∎ Collaborating with Programmers and Systems Analysts to coordinate testing environments and resolve system problems.
∎ Maintaining and managing processing logs and run procedures manuals.
∎ Answering questions and troubleshooting problems for users.
∎ Any other task as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise & accurate in both Bangle & English typing.
∎ Different types of documentation like notice writing, formal letter writing etc
∎ Sound knowledge on graphic design
