Operate computer systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Input, update and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare reports, documents and presentations as required.
Manage emails, files and official records efficiently.
Monitor office equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers.
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).
