Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy, and creative Computer Operator to join our growing travel agency team. In this role, you will handle daily administrative operations using Microsoft Office, design visually stunning promotional materials, and assist in managing our digital marketing campaigns. If you are organized, creative, and passionate about the travel industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Operations & Documentation (MS Office)

  • Prepare and manage travel itineraries, booking confirmations, invoices, and customer receipts using MS Word and Excel.

  • Maintain accurate databases of client information, tour packages, and vendor details.

  • Create professional presentations for corporate clients or group holiday packages using PowerPoint.

  • Handle daily email correspondence with clients and international travel partners.

2. Graphics Design & Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching visual content (banners, flyers, brochures, and social media posts) to promote tour packages, flights, and holiday deals.

  • Utilize design tools such as Canova, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to maintain a consistent and appealing brand identity.

  • Edit and enhance images or short videos of travel destinations for promotional use.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage and update the agency’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

  • Run targeted social media ad campaigns to generate leads for upcoming holiday tours.

  • Engage with online queries, respond to comments, and convert social media leads into bookings.

  • Assist in drafting engaging copy for newsletters, promotional SMS, and website updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fast, accurate typing skills.

  • Design Skills: Strong portfolio or proven experience in graphics design (Canva/Photoshop).

  • Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and online customer service.

  • Experience: [6 month] of experience in a similar role.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
