Job Responsibilities:
- Perform online visa submission
- Work with PDF files (merge, edit, convert, scan)
- Use tools like Photoshop / Canva / AI tools for document
- Search information from Google (visa requirements, rules, updates)
- Maintain and regularly update worker database
- Organize and manage digital files properly (worker data, documents)
- Assist with WhatsApp-based tasks (sending documents, basic replies)
- Support ticketing and basic customer-related tasks when needed
