• অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় ডাটা এন্ট্রি ও আপডেট রাখা
• MS Word, Excel ও অন্যান্য অফিস সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে ডকুমেন্ট তৈরি
• শিক্ষার্থী সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা
• প্রিন্টিং, স্ক্যানিং ও ফাইল ম্যানেজমেন্ট
• অফিসিয়াল রিপোর্ট ও নোটিশ প্রস্তুত করা
• প্রশাসনিক কাজে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সহায়তা করা
• কম্পিউটার ও সংশ্লিষ্ট যন্ত্রপাতি সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা
