Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related issues
∎ Monitoring and ensuring welfare related issues of workers, especially female workers
∎ To assist in updating all kind of safety instructions
∎ To conduct daily walk through inspection/audit finding/non-conformists with the concern dept.
∎ Initiate & organize different types of OHS training to the workers
∎ Investigation of Accident/Incident, find out the root causes and implement the preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Support any other instant Cleaning, Health & Safety related issues by the superiors
∎ Updating 'First Aiders & First Aid Box with the co-ordination of Medical Staffs
∎ To assist in carrying out inspection of workplace and to take necessary action to ensure compliance by the In-Charge in specific area
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by superior time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor law, rules and environmental issues.
∎ Must have experience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
∎ Sound knowledge on social compliance (SA 8000).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge.
