Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging meeting for the Board Committees by determining members' availability, ensuring quorum.
∎ Develop agendas, meeting minutes etc. for meetings in consent with the Director's at board meetings.
∎ Ensure that board matters are handled properly, including preparation of pre-meeting materials, committee functioning, and recruitment and orientation of new board members.
∎ Prepare reports, letters for the Board Directors.
∎ Draft notes and record meeting decisions as part of the permanent Board record.
∎ Organizing and assisting to ensure the effective action of the board in governing and supporting the organization and oversees board affairs. Act as the representative of the board as a whole rather than as an individual supervisor to staff.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on company act and other related regulatory act and rules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
