Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certification from Institute Of Chartered Secretaries Of Bangladesh is compulsory.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Secretary/ Share Division, Company Secretary/ Share Operation, Personal Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange board meeting and prepare minutes to register a new company.
∎ Prepare Memorandum and Article of Association.
∎ Prepare required forms to approve new company from government.
∎ Questionable of any compliance of the company.
∎ Appoint directors of the company.
∎ Change directors of the company.
∎ Responsible for Annual General Meeting.
∎ Arrange any board meeting resolution.
∎ Increase share of the company.
∎ Prepare papers to apply of public listing company.
∎ Update to the employer about listing rules and regulations.
∎ Keep relation with employer, employees, auditor, government and non-government bodies.
∎ Work related with RJAC, Share/debenture issue etc.
∎ Annual Return Filing of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
