Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a smart, presentable, and highly motivated Communication Desk Officer to join our dynamic team.

∎ Educational & Professional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's and Master's degree from a recognized university.
∎ Strong leadership qualities and decision-making ability.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both fluent Bangla and English.
∎ Good command over Microsoft Office programs.
∎ Ability to handle multiple conversations with professionalism.
∎ Must be calm, polite, and well-mannered under pressure.
∎ No history of aggressive or short-tempered behavior.
