∎ Graduate or Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to prepare Commercial documents.
∎ Have to perform work with Government offices like DC office, Union Council Office, environment office permission etc.
∎ Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities.
∎ Banking related task of commercial division,
∎ Maintain Vat & Tax related work, trade license.
∎ Negotiates, develops and manages all commercial agreements to optimize the Company's commercial interests
∎ Need to do Government license related work like Irc, Erc, Trade License, Fire license
∎ Provides commercial support on all operations and development work
∎ Ensures commercial practices comply with industry and regulatory requirements
∎ Identifies and develops growth opportunities for the company
∎ Supports the development of new business opportunities
∎ Manages the team of commercial contracts and legal staff effectively
∎ Maintain hard and soft copy register for commercial responsibilities
∎ Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Able to any other work assigned by Management.
