Job Context:
∎ We are looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals, interested in embarking on a long term career in" HMBR Tools And Chemicals Ltd". Solid Knowledge of C&F,total import documents preparing,LC opening, dealing with C&F agents and customs.
∎ Job Location will be" HMBR Tools And Chemicals Ltd" Road#01, Holding#13, Ward#40, kudabo, Mirerbazar, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage L/C related work which includes, opening of L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Should have experience in the field of import through L/C .
∎ Maintain proper liaison with L/C opening, Bank, C&F agents, shipping companies/agent and insurance company.
∎ Prepare documents as per L/C terms and conditions and according to Bangladesh Bank rules and regulations.
∎ Check all documents required at different levels(commercial invoice,bill of lading/truck receipt, country of origin and other certificate)
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Skills required: commercial related experience.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic,energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. he/she should have "can do attitude" kind and empathetic,eager to learn eager to teach, energetic, passionate to work.
