Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA preferably in Finance/Accounting
∎ Educational requirement may be relaxed for people with strong work experience in this area
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain the activities of the Commercial Department properly and efficiently.
∎ Able to handle all logistics works related to import/export.
∎ Must have experience for UD, Customs Documents and Customs Audit.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding. Capable of dealing import/export related documents with the Bank/Foreign Buyer.
∎ Experienced in preparing shipping documents for export and fully conversant with custom & C&F procedure for clearance of the consignment in port.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents and UCPDC.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Good knowledge of sight, deferent and Back to Back L/C and various clauses of B/L.
∎ Vast knowledge about all activities of Customs Bond, EPB, BKMEA, BIDA(BOI), BANK, CUSTOMS HOUSE , VAT, Income tax etc.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent etc.
∎ Must be handle total operation of Export, Import & Customs.
∎ Prepare and manage report to share with the management at regular/ad-hoc basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Working for Buying House Commercial Department, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
