Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities for BOND, Customs & Licensing.
∎ Has to perform all import related issues under Bond License Specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.& Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change etc.
∎ Has to perform in UD related works.
∎ Claiming cash incentives in a timely manner requires that all documentation be prepared and that the cash incentives be verified through an audit.
∎ Has to perform to handle EPB related activities & Prepare documents
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the company.
∎ Co-ordinate with custom, vat and others related Govt. Officials, LMFEAB, C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Has to perform to enjoy best of received LC.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Has to perform to collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items. Like Back to Back, Pay at sight.
∎ Has to perform where management wants to.
∎ 14. Age limit: up to 40 years.
