∎ HKD Outdoor Innovations Limited is a specialized manufacturer of Outdoor & Specialized Apparels. HKD Outdoor is currently manufacturing Rain wear, Padded Down outwear, Sports Fleece Jacket & t-shirt, Ski wear, Hunting wear and Soft sheet garments.

∎ HKD 100% Export oriented A category organization will hire a responsible person who will handle Cash Incentive with Commercial Experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for Cash incentive preparation based on BB, BEPZA & Ads circulation
∎ • Responsible for collecting import/export all documents from concerned dept. with a view to preparing to form ‘Kha’ & ‘Ka’ and attain Bank formalities.
∎ • Having Knowledge on the laws/circulations regarding cash incentive.
∎ • Ability to handle cash incentive all works efficiently.
∎ • Co-ordinate & follow up with bank, BEPZA & nominated audit firms and other offices as per circulation.
∎ • Executing all regulatory formalities of cash incentive relating in import & export.
∎ • Responsible for monitor sales contract, collecting cash incentive certificate from the
∎ Bank and forwarding to BB for payment settlement.
∎ • Candidate should have experience of all imports/ Exports activities & L/C activities.
∎ • Final documents dispatching & banking & Assisting accounts department in preparation of cash flow
∎ • Dealing with buyer’s correspondence related to Import/ Export & Co-operation with shipping lines, forwarders, BOI, Customs, BEPZA and Customs in related to Imports/ Exports.
∎ • Monitor FOB values of pending orders against imports to identify short-term finance requirements on a monthly basis
∎ • Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function & sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure.
∎ • Overseeing financial KPIs & work closely with Production, Quality and other Department to proceed on time sea & air shipments if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good Knowledge about Bank Foreign L/C Payment Procedure & BB payment settlement system through BEPZA and Customs in related to Imports/ Exports.
