Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA, M.Com from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to complete all activities regarding export and import goods.
∎ To follow the import & export process, such as ordering, collect quotation, transferring LC, online booking etc.
∎ To deal with foreign customers / suppliers, shipping agents
∎ To follow the shipment outward / inward, customs clearance, etc.
∎ To follow the documentation & audit for customs and other legal authorities, license renewals etc.
∎ The candidate must have the capability to prepare commercial documents
∎ Logistic planning & execution.
∎ Handle all logistics for importing goods.
∎ Handling BEPZA, transport, C&F, freight forwarder, shipping agent & other related vendor for import and export works.
∎ Keep record and submit report of all L/C information.
∎ . Responsible for contacting with local freight forwarders to ensure the smooth implementation of import and export customs clearance in Bangladesh base;
∎ Responsible for contacting with the headquarters in China and checking the accuracy of packing list, invoice, bill of lading and other documents;
∎ OA system maintenance and expense declaration;
∎ Responsible for collecting and sorting out the latest customs policies and regulations of Bangladesh;
∎ Responsible for keeping and organizing relevant customs files;
∎ Cooperate commercial related work
∎ Technician: if understand Chinese (or English) is preferred, computer operation is proficient;
∎ Proper documentation for internal dealings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 year(s) experience in commercial/ import and export activities.
∎ The applicant should have experienced in the renowned manufacturing business area.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on import formalities, custom related documentations.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good communication skill.
