Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Professional qualification in Imports.
∎ Skills Required: MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, Maintain & Do all Commercial work with Import Agencies, Custom authorities, Local Govt Agencies in getting the raw materials, local purchases & complying to all local regulations of BEZA & Finance & Accounts
∎ All Raw materials procurement, Local purchases Commercials are carried out as per local regulations
∎ Entire Import Operations are as done timely as per local regulations
∎ Compliance of all applicable statutory BEZA regulations
∎ Efficient, Accurate and Timely Reporting as per SW and Statutory / BEZA requirements
∎ Ensure all SW internal guidelines and processes are being complied with.
∎ Co-ordination with Production Head for getting timely materials
∎ Work for all processes in getting all purchases done timely & accurately complying all regulations
∎ Liaising with Customs/ Agents/Govt Agencies / Consultants etc
∎ Liaising with Statutory Dept. / Auditing / Banks and other Institutions
∎ Liaising with BEZA for complying all regulations
∎ Liaison with SW Bangladesh & SW India stakeholders
∎ Regular Local Checks w.r.t Project progress.
∎ Regular Import processes
∎ Sub Regional Office requirements
∎ Any other support, as required, from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SAP working experience will be an added advantage
∎ Good communication skills, English is a plus
∎ Knowledge of IT support would be an added advantage
