Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and uphold academic policies and procedures for smooth school operations.
∎ Monitor academic performance and support teachers in ensuring student success.
∎ Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, resource allocation, and facility planning.
∎ Uphold and promote the Islamic ethos and the mission of AEA.
∎ Supervise curriculum delivery aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
∎ Guide, evaluate, and train teaching staff, especially new recruits, ensuring effective classroom practices.
∎ Lead academic planning, including session plans, lesson plans, routines, syllabi, and teaching materials.
∎ Conduct regular teacher performance evaluations and classroom observations.
∎ Oversee student and staff discipline in accordance with school policies.
∎ Support strategic initiatives such as admission planning and community outreach.
