Responsibilities & Context:
Using software to design CNC, operate machinery to produce and modify products according to design specifications.
Creating designs through software. Operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and assemble product components according to design specifications.
Loading and securing materials in the CNC machine and adjusting settings for various production runs.
Inspecting the finished product for accuracy, quality, and conformity to design specifications.
Adjusting machine settings or tooling and troubleshooting issues to ensure proper operation.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Collaborating with design and engineering teams to improve the production process.
Maintaining a clean and organized workplace in accordance with safety and quality guidelines. Documenting the production process and keeping records of machine settings, production quantities, and any issues.
