• Age At least 24 years

• Assess and manage patients with physiotherapy needs.

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, gynecological & obstetric, and cardiopulmonary conditions affecting mobility.

• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Actively participate in patient care planning and review meetings.

• Deliver appropriate physiotherapy services tailored to individual patient needs.

• Provide compassionate care with empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.

• Develop and implement systems to uphold and enhance physiotherapy department standards.

• Identify and introduce improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations.

• Ensure safety measures are followed in the use of both medical and non-medical equipment.

• Manage departmental activities, resources, and scheduling effectively.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, standards, and health regulations.

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the authority.

• The employee shall be entitled to 10 (twelve) days of annual leave and 1 (one) day of weekly leave, as per Company policy. The duty schedule of the Physiotherapy Officer shall be 9-10 (ten) hours per day, subject to the rules, regulations, and adjustments determined by the Company.
