Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between clients and vendors.
∎ Have to manage communication through phone calls, texts, and emails, ensuring everyone is on the same pace.
∎ Interacting with clients and vendors regularly to keep everyone informed and on track. Coordinate and assign work orders to vendors, ensuring timely completion.
∎ Monitor work progress and follow up with vendors to meet deadlines.
∎ Ensure all property preservation services comply with client guidelines and industry regulations.
∎ Review and verify work orders, invoices, and supporting documents before submission.
∎ Resolve issues related to vendor performance, client requests, and work order discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of communications, orders, and reports.
∎ Assist in vendor on boarding, training, and contract management.
∎ Enter data into property preservation software and maintain up-to-date records.
∎ We are seeking a Client and Vendor Coordinator to act as the key point of contact between our clients and vendor network.
∎ This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
