∎ The Client Service Manager is entrusted with responsible for the implementation, Concept & Content development, and community mobilization events. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the compliance of VISCOM`s policy/procedures in project operation and expenditure.
∎ Location: Visual Communication Ltd. Dhaka Office.
∎ Reporting to: GM, Operations
∎ Working Condition: The position based in Visual Communication Dhaka Office with a provision of spending 10% of total time at field (if any).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
∎ Support implementation of campaigns.
∎ Conduct the special events, branding activities and advocacy meetings.
∎ Facilitate events and the post-event interactions with audiences to enhance project awareness.
∎ Provide supportive engagement to liaison with beneficiaries, brand ambassadors for advocacy.
∎ Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
∎ Inspire repeat business from clients.
∎ Liaison with different departments about client queries.
∎ Offer advice to clients on services and products.
∎ Develop surveys and capturing client information.
∎ Participate in marketing campaigns.
∎ Deal with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Professional behavior.
∎ Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to coordinate closely with government staff and build their capacity.
∎ Proven ability to set priorities, multi-task, and work collaboratively.
∎ General business knowledge.
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel and experience with using email.
∎ Excellent oral and written English skills.
