Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to Study Abroad inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms professionally and on time.
∎ Client Support and Consultation: Provide detailed information on study abroad options, including program choices, application procedures, scholarship opportunities, and eligibility.
∎ Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with students, understanding their goals and aligning them with suitable educational institutions.
∎ Maintain Accurate Records: Document all interactions in the CRM, updating information on student progress and preferences for seamless service.
∎ Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with admissions, visa, and counseling teams to ensure smooth and coordinated services for students.
∎ We seek dynamic and motivated individuals to join our winning team.
∎ Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
