Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
∎ Interpret and implement construction drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
∎ Ensure quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and adherence to project standards.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
∎ Conduct site surveys, leveling, and measurements as required for accurate execution.
∎ Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
∎ Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
∎ Oversee concrete casting, structural work, and finishing stages to maintain high construction quality.
∎ Assist in the procurement process by ensuring materials meet project specifications and requirements.
