Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for outlet infrastructure (civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
∎ Supervise repair and maintenance of plumbing, civil fixtures, furniture, and electrical installations.
∎ Manage service providers and contractors for AC, CCTV, electrical, and plumbing systems.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to assess infrastructure conditions.
∎ Handle minor civil works and refurbishments such as flooring, partitions, waterproofing, and signage installation.
∎ Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support outlets with emergency repairs.
∎ Maintain asset and maintenance logs for all outlets.
∎ Coordinate with outlet managers to address infrastructure-related issues promptly.
∎ Prepare and present maintenance reports, cost tracking, and incident logs.
∎ Support internal office moves, space planning, and minor interior modifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations.
∎ Support the rollout of new outlets in terms of infrastructure readiness.
