∎ Shuttering Carpentry Foreman
∎ Steel Fixer Foreman

∎ Scaffolding Foreman

∎ Designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects.
∎ Ensuring projects meet legal requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Managing project budgets and resources.
∎ Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
∎ Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free. The post-holder will be responsible for scheduling, co- ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives.
