Civil Construction, Steel Structure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing feasibility studies for industrial, residential and commercial developments.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, hygiene and Environment.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, expenditures and construction plan.
∎ Preparation and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;
∎ Coordinate with Consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
∎ Overall project construction management, preparing project budget & estimation, manage local stakeholders and ensure proper execution of the project following well planned timeline.
∎ Bill preparation & checking of the contractor/vendors
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings on regular basis with Project Engineers, Consultants & Contractors.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
