Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing work schedule and master schedule.
∎ Tracking and analyzing project performance and cost performance.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the Project and discussing with the superior to take corrective measures if necessary.
∎ Coordinating with the Site Planning Engineers in order to develop and monitor one month look ahead program in accordance with company internal procedures.
∎ Collecting necessary information from site and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
∎ Work Station: Chauddagram, Cumilla.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ Maintaining liaison with Govt. institution.
∎ Good command in computer operating, especially in Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, Auto CAD etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on BNBC, NFPA, ACI, ASTM etc.
∎ Clear concept on loading condition (Static, dynamic, especially on machine foundation & deep foundation with its behavior etc).
∎ Strong knowledge on structural analysis.
∎ Clear concept on manual calculation for analysis & design.
∎ Good knowledge on Industrial Design.
∎ Knowledge on ETABS, SAFE, STAAD-PRO, Auto-CAD & all other related design software.
∎ Experience in industrial sector will be added as an advantage.
