Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project
∎ Ensure civil work like Plot boundary, Road development, Bridge etc. as per Master plan
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing and design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification
∎ To follow the work schedule and provide daily Progress report upon daily activities
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct and safety measures
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate development, Land Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Developer, Real Estate
∎ Relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Land Development Company

Salary: Negotiable
